Polygon’s micro T6 six-lobe hexalobular (or Torx®-type) rotary broaches are made from high quality M-2 high speed steel and precision ground to tight tolerances for superior broaching performance. Ground shank diameters insure that Polygon’s micro T-06 six-lobe broaches fit all commercially available broach holders. Standard sizes meet ISO 10664:2005(E) standards for Hexalobular Internal Driving Features and include pressure relief vent holes to reduce pressure and improve tool life. Standard broaching depths are 2x the across flat dimensions and provide maximum clearance. Custom options include premium broach materials, coatings, dimensions and tolerances.
